Kara Wilson
PROFILE
Kara Wilson is an artist and graphic designer working in the greater New York City area. Kara’s work explores the abstraction of portraiture and landscape, which are expressed through layers of deconstructed geometric shapes. Her work utilizes traditional and non-traditional printmaking processes and painting.
Kara’s years of experience as a professional designer and creative director, have fine tuned her visual communication and information design skills. Her professional specialization in both digital design tools and hand-drawn illustration, traverses into her personal artistic vision.
Kara shows her work at various exhibitions in her local community, surrounding area, and in Southern New York art fairs.
